Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and profitability. Manage project managers, transition from preconstruction to construction, handle contracts and change orders, review cost models and schedules, develop client relationships, and mentor project management staff.

Lead electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client relationships. Provide leadership to field teams, maintain project documentation, drive business development, and ensure contractual compliance while mitigating risk.
