Support Project Manager and Superintendent to deliver industrial and mission-critical construction projects. Manage cost control, procurement, submittals, scheduling, permits, invoicing, and reporting. Mentor Field Engineers, participate in meetings, resolve commercial issues, prepare payment applications, and maintain client and subcontractor relationships while promoting safety and quality.

Oversee and implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and energization policies on construction projects. Coordinate energization events and SIMOPS meetings, maintain energization trackers and logs, review procedures and LOTO requests, perform regular audits with safety teams, liaise between construction/commissioning/operations, ensure signage and safe work practices, and order necessary LOTO supplies.

Lead and oversee multiple complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater construction projects across the Southwest. Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and profitability. Manage project managers, transition from preconstruction to construction, handle contracts and change orders, review cost models and schedules, develop client relationships, and mentor project management staff.
