Lead electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client relationships. Provide leadership to field teams, maintain project documentation, drive business development, and ensure contractual compliance while mitigating risk.

Lead and oversee multiple complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater construction projects across the Southwest. Ensure safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, profitability, contract management, preconstruction transition, and mentor project managers.

Oversee and implement energization and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs on construction projects: coordinate energization events, lead SIMOPS meetings, maintain energization trackers and LOTO logs, audit LOTO procedures, liaise between construction/commissioning/owners, ensure safe work practices and readiness for energization.
