Leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise HSE training programs across construction job sites. Partners with Learning & Development and site leadership, manages training schedules and records, oversees HSE trainers, ensures OSHA and regulatory compliance, evaluates program effectiveness, coordinates new-hire orientations, tracks certifications, and reports outcomes to leadership. Requires construction HSE experience, instructional design knowledge, OSHA expertise, team leadership, and travel to operating sites.

Oversee and implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and energization policies on construction projects. Coordinate energization events and SIMOPS meetings, maintain energization trackers and logs, review procedures and LOTO requests, perform regular audits with safety teams, liaise between construction/commissioning/operations, ensure signage and safe work practices, and order necessary LOTO supplies.

Lead electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client relationships. Provide leadership to field teams, maintain project documentation, drive business development, and ensure contractual compliance while mitigating risk.
