Lead guided horseback trail rides while providing safe, enjoyable guest experiences. Care for, feed, tack, and safely handle horses; prepare trails, pastures, barns, and equipment; maintain fencing, grounds, gates, and water tanks; follow safety procedures; and support resort departments as needed. This part-time outdoor role requires strong horsemanship, dependable guest service, physical stamina, and flexibility with scheduling.

Provides daily husbandry and basic veterinary care for ambassador animals, including raptors and reptiles. Maintains animal care records, prepares diets, feeds, trains, enriches, and handles animals. Schedules and conducts interpretive programs, educational activities, workshops, special events, field trips, and visitor meet-and-greets. Delivers excellent guest service while maintaining safe and sanitary conditions for visitors, guests, employees, and animals.

Leads Front Desk, Night Audit, and Guest Services operations at a luxury resort. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, resolving guest concerns, coordinating room readiness, overseeing group bookings and billing, partnering with Sales and Reservations, enforcing cash-handling procedures, monitoring inventory, supporting training, assisting with revenue management, and ensuring accurate shift balancing and operational checklists.

Lead the property’s Engineering Department to maintain and improve facilities, manage preventive maintenance, oversee projects and budgets, supervise staff, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, respond to emergencies and MOD duties, and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, pools, irrigation).
