Lead and manage all engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations for the property. Build and mentor the maintenance team, implement preventive maintenance programs, oversee projects and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, respond to emergencies, manage inventory and purchasing, and support capital improvements.

Lead and perform building maintenance across a lakeside resort: supervise maintenance staff, complete HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting projects, oversee contractors, perform preventative maintenance, respond to guest requests and emergencies, and support the General Manager.

Lead the property’s Engineering Department to maintain and improve facilities, manage preventive maintenance, oversee projects and budgets, supervise staff, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, respond to emergencies and MOD duties, and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, pools, irrigation).
