The Director of Product will lead the strategy for a two-sided marketplace connecting parents and pediatric therapists, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and supply-side utilization, with an emphasis on leveraging AI for product improvements.

Own provider activation, caseload growth, retention, and engagement. Diagnose funnel friction, design and run experiments, build cohort tracking and messaging systems, and scale successful interventions to grow and retain providers.

Lead provider-facing marketing and community initiatives to recruit, engage, and retain pediatric therapists. Create campaigns, content, local programs, and online/offline community experiences while collaborating across marketing, operations, product, and design.
