Manages daily outpatient physical therapy clinic operations while providing direct patient care. Develops personalized treatment plans for orthopedic and neurologic conditions, measures outcomes, documents care, and oversees financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities. Verifies patient insurance coverage, therapy benefits, copayments, limitations, and authorizations. Communicates financial responsibilities to patients and staff, maintains authorization and scheduling reports, answers calls, and protects confidential information while supporting outpatient physical therapy admissions remotely.

Build and grow physician and healthcare provider referral relationships across the Raleigh territory. Conduct in-person and virtual visits, introduce CORA services, support referral sources, resolve service concerns, track activity in a CRM, and collaborate with sales and clinic teams on growth strategies, forecasting, and patient referrals.

Performs workers’ compensation peer reviews, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Work Conditioning Evaluations. Monitors patient progression, documentation, reports, charges, and clinical compliance. Provides onsite services within licensure scope, communicates significant patient changes, maintains medical records and confidentiality, and travels to regional clinics as needed.

Manages daily clinic operations, finances, administration, and personnel while supporting team development, clinic culture, professional growth, and community engagement.

Manages recruitment marketing campaigns, analyzes hiring and advertising performance, optimizes recruitment channels and budgets, develops candidate acquisition strategies, supports employer branding, creates recruiting content, and provides analytics-driven recommendations to Talent Acquisition leadership.

Provides outpatient physical therapy treatments under a supervising Physical Therapist, progresses patients through prescribed care plans, monitors condition changes, documents treatment, educates patients and families, and collaborates with the rehabilitation team.

Leads multi-facility outpatient physical therapy operations, mentors and trains Clinic Managers, monitors financial and customer-service performance, documents patient care, supports marketing and referral relationships, and drives operational improvements. The role also provides physical therapy services, including evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge documentation, while developing clinical teams and maintaining strong relationships with staff, patients, and referral sources.

Provide outpatient physical therapy care and manage daily clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities.
