Supports clinical applications, EHR systems, interfaces, user access, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, upgrades, documentation, backups, and workflow improvements. Provides Level 1 technical support to clinical and administrative users, collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Requires travel between clinic locations for onsite support, training, and projects, with occasional statewide or national travel.

Supports administration, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of clinical applications and EHR systems. Provides Level 1 technical support to healthcare users, manages accounts and access permissions, assists with testing, upgrades, backups, patching, documentation, and workflow improvements. Collaborates with IT teams, clinical staff, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues. Travels between clinic locations for onsite support, training, and project assistance.

Leads complex, cross-functional projects from intake and planning through execution and delivery. Defines scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and execution strategies; coordinates staff, vendors, consultants, and external partners; manages stakeholders and dependencies; oversees reporting, documentation, financial tracking, and project support resources; and drives continuous improvement across capital construction, infrastructure, information systems, and organizational initiatives.

Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects (construction, infrastructure, IT, organizational initiatives). Define scope, schedule, risk strategy, and delivery plans; manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, reporting, and project support staff to ensure delivery and continuous improvement.

Supervise and lead Peer Support Specialists within an Opioid Treatment Program, ensure regulatory compliance (CARF, OHA, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2), implement peer services to improve engagement and retention, provide training and supervision, coordinate with clinical teams, monitor documentation and program metrics, and perform community outreach including patient transport.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Health & Wellness CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership. Coordinate communications, meetings, travel, board materials, program logistics, records and performance tracking, promote community engagement, supervise administrative staff, manage budgets/expenses, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and tribal fiscal ordinances.

Provide administrative and organizational support for the Opioid Treatment Program, ensuring compliance with CARF, OHA, DEA and tribal policies; coordinate scheduling, documentation, audits, outreach, training tracking, supplies, and backup reception/intake/medical records duties to promote a trauma-informed, patient-centered clinic.
