Leads organization-wide quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, accreditation, and population health programs for a Tribal healthcare division. Oversees quality metrics, benchmarking, dashboards, regulatory preparation, incident reviews, corrective actions, and cross-departmental improvement initiatives. Supervises quality staff, collaborates with clinical and executive leaders, promotes culturally responsive care, and coordinates complex system-wide projects. Requires extensive healthcare quality, risk management, clinical, supervisory, and accreditation experience.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Health & Wellness CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership. Coordinate communications, meetings, travel, board materials, program logistics, records and performance tracking, promote community engagement, supervise administrative staff, manage budgets/expenses, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and tribal fiscal ordinances.

Manages grant development for tribal departments by researching funding opportunities, writing and submitting proposals, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements. Oversees grant tracking infrastructure, reporting systems, post-award reporting, budgets, and submission timelines. Builds relationships with foundations and agencies, provides grant-writing training and technical assistance, and supervises Grant Coordinators. Requires local and regional travel up to 30%.
