The role is primarily plant-based with occasional travel.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase quality. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, corrective actions, experimentation, capital project support, process documentation, automation evaluation, KPI reporting, and cross-functional troubleshooting. The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience and application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in an on-site industrial environment.

Leads AI-enabled manufacturing optimization across production facilities by analyzing machine, downtime, scrap, and production data. Develops monitoring dashboards, alerts, predictive maintenance tools, troubleshooting guidance, and operational KPIs. Partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to improve OEE, throughput, uptime, quality, and efficiency. Supports IoT data collection, machine analytics, process improvements, and implementation across facilities, with travel as needed.

Manage commercial sales for Copperweld Metal Clad products across a defined territory. Develop go-to-market plans, exceed sales and profit goals, convert electrical contractor accounts, build distributor relationships, support stocking programs, and increase brand awareness through education, trade events, presentations, and industry partnerships. The role also monitors codes and regulations, supports marketing and product development, collaborates cross-functionally, and reports initiative progress to executive leadership.
