Manages inbound and outbound freight across manufacturing and distribution networks. Responsibilities include carrier and 3PL sourcing, contract negotiation, transportation cost reduction, freight auditing, budgeting, performance management, regulatory compliance, and network optimization. The role analyzes freight trends and KPIs, resolves service and billing issues, and leads cross-functional logistics improvement projects.

Leads process optimization and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, reducing scrap, downtime, and costs while improving quality and throughput. Manages capital projects, automation upgrades, process controls, new process introductions, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Partners with production, quality, maintenance, EHS, and sales teams, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and mentors junior engineers and technicians. The role is primarily plant-based with occasional travel.

Drives sales growth across power grid and renewable energy markets in the Northeastern United States. Develops territory go-to-market strategies, manages representatives and channel partners, builds utility and industry relationships, expands product adoption, converts strategic accounts, represents the company at industry events, and reports sales and market insights to executives. Requires extensive wire and cable sales experience, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and 50–70% travel.
