Support deployments and post-sale operations of Copia's DeviceLink and Source Control in industrial OT environments. Provide technical support, lead pilots, enable customers, advise on OT network security, collaborate with sales and engineering, and travel up to 25% for on-site assistance.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll identify prospects, generate leads, set meetings for the Sales Director, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.

Own product design across discovery to delivery for complex OT/industrial workflows. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to define problems, prototype solutions, gather feedback, and deliver user-focused designs with industry-standard tools.

Lead and scale a revenue-focused, account-based marketing organization to source and influence pipeline in super-enterprise and enterprise accounts. Build ABM, demand generation, field/events, partner marketing, positioning, and measurement stacks; partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product, and BizOps to carry a pipeline number and accelerate deals from first touch through closed-won and expansion.

Lead and scale Copia's people function: build repeatable talent acquisition for GTM and technical teams, design retention and performance systems, own people ops (payroll/benefits/HRIS), shape culture, and partner with execs to enable rapid headcount growth and enterprise readiness.

Lead Copia's AI product line: own Copilot, define AI roadmap from code intelligence to autonomous agents, write specs, partner with engineering, GTM, and CEO, and monetize AI features for industrial automation customers.
