Provides vocational and employment support to adults and Transition Age Youth, including rehabilitation and employment-readiness assessments, job-skills training, job-search assistance, interview preparation, benefits assistance, and ongoing support to retain employment. Requires behavioral health or rehabilitation experience, a valid Arizona driver’s license with an acceptable record, background and drug screening, and AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance.

Coordinates communication and continuity of care between crisis response and outpatient treatment teams. Completes urgent behavioral health enrollments, supports discharge planning, connects patients with services, and provides flexible coverage across residential program sites. Requires qualifying education or behavioral health experience, fingerprint clearance, background and drug screening, and a valid Arizona driver’s license with an acceptable record.

Lead and facilitate court‑mandated behavioral health groups, plan sessions, manage group dynamics, complete DV assessments, and assist coordinating the DV program. Create inclusive, structured environments to engage participants, split time between two locations, and comply with safety-sensitive requirements.
