Provide front-desk administrative support including scheduling and coordinating client appointments, answering phones, and delivering quality customer service under supervision of Program Director and Office Manager.

Lead and facilitate court‑mandated behavioral health groups, plan sessions, manage group dynamics, complete DV assessments, and assist coordinating the DV program. Create inclusive, structured environments to engage participants, split time between two locations, and comply with safety-sensitive requirements.
