Teams at COPE Community Services, Inc.

Provides behavioral health outreach, treatment enrollment, recovery support, and case management to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, including youth and people with substance use or co-occurring mental health conditions. Coordinates housing and supportive services, connects clients to healthcare coverage and public benefits, conducts benefit assessments, and links youth to specialized resources. Requires a valid Arizona driver’s license, acceptable driving record, drug screening, and ability to work in a safety-sensitive position.

Lead and facilitate court‑mandated behavioral health groups, plan sessions, manage group dynamics, complete DV assessments, and assist coordinating the DV program. Create inclusive, structured environments to engage participants, split time between two locations, and comply with safety-sensitive requirements.
