Generate new business opportunities, prospect and nurture leads, understand client requirements, present digital services, manage the full sales cycle, conduct calls and meetings, negotiate terms, close deals, maintain client relationships, update CRM records, and achieve individual sales targets.

Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, HRMS updates, engagement initiatives, performance reviews, compliance reporting, and broader employee lifecycle processes. Coordinate with teams and management to address HR requirements and maintain smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and at least two years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.

Research and identify prospective clients, conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls, qualify leads, maintain CRM records, support follow-ups and scheduling, analyze outreach performance, and help improve lead-generation strategies.
