Leads the credit union’s Information Systems Department, overseeing core systems, networks, hardware, software, communications, ATMs, vendors, user support, automation, and document storage. Serves as Information Security Officer, managing security programs, risk assessments, compliance, audits, incident response, penetration testing, vendor due diligence, and disaster preparedness. The role also manages projects, system improvements, records retention, and cross-department technology initiatives while supporting internal users and members.

Manages loan processing, financial product sales, teller operations, cash balancing, transaction approvals, schedules, records, and member service. Leads and mentors the Member Services team, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, resolves member issues, supports branch performance goals, and partners with branch leadership. Occasional travel to other branches or training locations is required.
