Manages grant-funded addiction medicine and substance use disorder initiatives from inception through completion. Responsibilities include meeting grant deliverables, coordinating stakeholders and community partners, developing data collection and reporting processes, facilitating trainings, monitoring grant expenditures and budgets, identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, and leading special projects. May supervise staff assigned to grants.

Provides second- and third-level IT support for hospital and ambulatory locations. Installs, configures, troubleshoots, repairs, replaces, and inventories desktop hardware, software, peripherals, printers, smartphones, and network devices. Manages support tickets, documents resolutions, coordinates IT projects, supports vendors and other IT teams, provides 24/7 on-call coverage, educates users, and mentors technicians while representing the Team Lead when needed.

Performs assigned support service functions according to established performance and quality standards. The role requires completion of training and orientation, with no supervisory or budgetary responsibilities. A high school diploma or GED is required.
