Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the Central Office and school leadership. Develops strengths-based transition plans with families to prepare students with disabilities for independence and employment; coordinates post-secondary placements up to 18 months post-graduation; teaches transition curriculum; facilitates family support meetings; consults with academic and vocational departments; maintains agency networks and monitors graduates' outcomes.

The Director of Teaching and Learning ensures high-quality instruction across K-12 by integrating the school’s mission with instructional vision and professional learning. This role focuses on developing teaching practices through coaching, building teacher capacity, analyzing student data, and fostering collaboration across teams to improve student outcomes.
