Provide direct and indirect psychological services to lower middle school students: assess functioning, deliver interventions, collaborate with teachers, parents and teams, document progress, prepare reports for CSE meetings, maintain records, attend meetings and professional development, and support inclusion and safety in the school environment.

The Director of Teaching and Learning ensures high-quality instruction across K-12 by integrating the school’s mission with instructional vision and professional learning. This role focuses on developing teaching practices through coaching, building teacher capacity, analyzing student data, and fostering collaboration across teams to improve student outcomes.
