As a Project Manager, you will manage IT projects, apply delivery methodologies, coordinate with teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Maintains food and seafood product specifications, packaging and labeling approvals, regulatory documentation, traceability records, and quality systems. Investigates complaints, defects, deviations, and nonconformances; leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions; prepares KPI and technical reports; and provides training on food safety, regulatory, labeling, and documentation requirements. The role works with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and auditors and requires approximately 20% travel.

Supervises daily quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Evaluates risk assessments, identifies gaps, coordinates verification programs, supports customer communication, trains personnel, tracks regulatory reporting data, leads internal and external audits, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
