Develops culturally respectful content and storytelling to engage CIRI Shareholders and Descendants. Supports program development, attends events to capture photography/video/written recaps, coordinates with internal teams, and promotes programs across digital and social channels. Travels as needed and ensures content aligns with CIRI values and Alaska Native heritage.

Multi-year leadership development placement reporting to the CEO, providing executive-level support, managing special projects, liaising with stakeholders, coordinating strategic communications, representing CIRI externally, and participating in ELT, Board, and Shareholder meetings. Role includes an individual development plan, mentoring, frequent travel, and placements across CIRI and subsidiaries.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for CIRI and affiliates. Oversee consolidated financial statements, internal controls, shared services, audits, acquisitions integration, GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, budgeting support, system implementations, and supervise and develop the accounting team.
