Lead and manage the Employee Relations team, oversee case management and investigations, provide consultation on complex or escalated employee relations matters, support leaders in resolving workplace issues, ensure consistent policy application, develop team capabilities, monitor case quality and trends, and partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance to mitigate workplace risk.

Provides skilled technical care to pediatric patients in operating rooms. Performs scrub nurse or first-assistant duties under Registered Nurse or physician supervision, uses surgical instruments and equipment, follows nursing care plans, and collaborates with the surgical team.

Manages clinical operations education and competency programs across a pediatric physician network. Develops orientations, training, clinical processes, quality initiatives, and hands-on skills education for clinical staff. Supports clinic openings, acquisitions, and onsite assessments while guiding staff on patient experience, clinical judgment, customer relations, and evidence-based practice.
