Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, and product roles. Partner with engineering leaders, source and close difficult technical candidates, reduce time-to-fill, and build scalable recruiting processes. Create sourcing playbooks, candidate scorecards, market maps, and recruiting workflows. The role requires demonstrated use of AI tools in recruiting and is fully on-site in Foster City, California.

Build and maintain Android SDKs and libraries for mobile, Android TV, and Fire TV. Capture app, video, advertising, and AI-agent analytics at scale; design easy-to-integrate APIs; translate requirements into production solutions; and own features end to end. Collaborate with customers, integration teams, product owners, project managers, and engineers while supporting deployments and sustaining existing functionality.

Leads Conviva’s Bengaluru Product Support team, managing Support Engineers, complex customer escalations, case operations, performance metrics, training, incident communications, release validation, maintenance windows, and SLA management. Partners with Engineering and Product to resolve issues and improve the product. Requires strong SaaS technical support leadership, system-level troubleshooting, Salesforce and JIRA experience, working knowledge of scripting, SQL, or APIs, and familiarity with AI-enabled workflows.

Manage strategic media and entertainment accounts, drive renewals and expansion revenue, negotiate contracts, and build executive relationships. Own account strategy, product adoption, customer satisfaction, organizational mapping, and cross-functional initiatives. Lead customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews while partnering with technical teams to demonstrate product value and grow Conviva’s solutions within complex enterprise accounts.

Own the financial planning and reporting stack, including annual planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, SaaS metrics, executive reporting, and month-end variance analysis. Partner with functional leaders on headcount, pipeline, capacity, and investment decisions. Lead process automation, planning platform administration, board and investor materials, fundraising support, and strategic finance analysis in a fast-paced B2B software environment.

Own customer inquiries and escalations from intake through resolution, troubleshoot product issues using data and logs, collaborate with Engineering and Product, and provide actionable customer feedback. Build scripts and lightweight automation, support incident management and release validation, use AI tools to improve investigations and communication, and participate in on-call coverage for critical escalations.

Build and support hybrid on-premises and multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and OCI. Manage IAM, Terraform/OpenTofu infrastructure, Docker and Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, alerting, debugging, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance-as-code. The role requires strong Linux, networking, automation, and systems fundamentals, along with the ability to rapidly learn new cloud platforms and tools.

Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Conviva’s product portfolio. Lead launches and feature releases, create sales enablement materials, conduct competitive and customer research, translate technical capabilities into market narratives, develop customer-facing content, and measure launch and enablement performance. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and marketing teams while representing customer and market needs in product planning.

Design, build, and optimize traditional and deep learning ML models for real-time analytics. Develop predictive models, anomaly detection, and automated alerting on large-scale time-series data. Prototype and productionize solutions using Ray and Spark, leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models and contribute to AI roadmaps.

Lead backend architecture and design for a high-scale, real-time data platform. Drive decisions on distributed systems, OLAP and streaming infrastructure (ClickHouse, Kafka, Druid). Integrate LLM pipelines and agentic capabilities, use AI coding tools in daily work, mentor engineers, enforce code quality and CI/CD, and partner with product and cross-regional teams to deliver production-ready systems.
