The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, engage new customers, build relationships, and close deals, focusing on the B2B SaaS analytics market.

Provide end-to-end IT support for Bengaluru employees: onboarding/offboarding, Okta and Google Workspace administration, A/V and conference-room support, Slack/Zoom/Google Meet support, macOS/Windows troubleshooting, SaaS lifecycle management, and ticket ownership within SLA-driven systems.

Lead and grow the IT team, develop and document IT policies, manage onboarding and endpoint/cloud services, oversee vendor relationships, budgeting and procurement, ensure security and compliance (ISO/SOC2), and implement SSO and domain rebranding.

Customer-embedded product owner who converts high-stakes POCs into shippable product decisions. Translate ambiguous requirements into PRDs, define acceptance criteria and metrics, scope and prioritize POCs, collaborate closely with engineering, validate instrumentation and data models, and drive decisions to productize, standardize, or stop while aligning commercial and technical stakeholders.

Lead backend architecture and design for a high-scale, real-time data platform. Drive decisions on distributed systems, OLAP and streaming infrastructure (ClickHouse, Kafka, Druid). Integrate LLM pipelines and agentic capabilities, use AI coding tools in daily work, mentor engineers, enforce code quality and CI/CD, and partner with product and cross-regional teams to deliver production-ready systems.

Design, build, and optimize traditional and deep learning ML models for real-time analytics. Develop predictive models, anomaly detection, and automated alerting on large-scale time-series data. Prototype and productionize solutions using Ray and Spark, leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models and contribute to AI roadmaps.
