Build and own the company’s sourcing function, including cold outreach, candidate pipelines, recruiting infrastructure, ATS hygiene, and interview processes. Partner with founders and hiring managers to source technical and go-to-market talent, develop sourcing strategies, and provide data-driven guidance on compensation and recruiting priorities. Improve candidate experience, messaging, workflows, and recruiting systems in a fast-growing startup environment.

Build and deploy AI-powered marketing solutions for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include scoping technical requirements, developing proof-of-concepts, integrating customer marketing infrastructure, building data pipelines and custom functionality, deploying AI workflows, supporting customer success, and translating deployment insights into reusable product capabilities. The role requires close collaboration with sales, deployment strategists, engineering, product, and growth teams in an in-person San Francisco environment.

Own product areas end to end, collaborate directly with enterprise customers and design partners, define AI-enabled marketing product vision, and work closely with engineering to ship features. The role requires in-person work five days weekly in San Francisco and suits candidates with 2–5 years of product experience, technical understanding, startup experience, and comfort using AI to build products.
