Operate, maintain, and clean multi-vendor mass spectrometers; design and run proteomics (bottom-up) experiments; prepare protein samples and reagents; analyze and interpret LC-MS/MS data; train team members; manage inventory, purchasing, and documentation; support method development and present results internally and publicly.

Configure, run, validate, and document a high-resolution ROMS-MARBL regional model domain for the US West Coast; run sensitivity experiments and nested subdomains; build reproducible C-Star workflows and public dataset releases; engage stakeholders; publish peer-reviewed results.

Develop and optimize highly sensitive LC-MS/MS proteomics workflows, collaborate across chemistry, biology, and computational teams, analyze and visualize large-scale datasets with Python/R, prepare and analyze brain tissue samples, practice reproducible research, mentor staff, and present and publish findings.
