Oversee multi-entity nonprofit accounting, monthly close, consolidations, audits, regulatory reporting, revenue recognition, and internal controls. Build and manage the federal grants compliance program under 2 CFR Part 200, including award monitoring, cost allocation, reporting, and closeout. Lead Finance & Accounting Managers, support budgeting and policy, improve systems and workflows, and transition accounting operations in-house. The role is fully remote with quarterly domestic travel and additional travel as needed.

Own US and UK payroll, benefits, retirement, leave administration, HRIS architecture, compliance policies, and people operations systems. Build controls, documentation, and scalable processes across multiple jurisdictions. Support immigration coordination, compensation reporting, new FRO launches, and organizational wind-downs while managing vendors and ensuring accurate payroll, benefits, records, and compliance operations.

Founding Chief of Staff responsible for building Oath Technologies’ early operational infrastructure. Duties include coordinating with the fiscal sponsor, managing budgets and finances, establishing systems, leading hiring and onboarding, handling people operations, administering vendors and partners, and preparing board and stakeholder materials. The role works closely with the CEO and is expected to grow into Head of Operations or COO-level leadership as the organization expands.
