Leads cross-functional launches of Focused Research Organizations from approval through operational independence. Coordinates legal, finance, people, compliance, procurement, IT, fundraising, communications, and leadership teams; manages founder programs; supports founders and stakeholders; tracks risks, dependencies, decisions, and readiness; and improves launch playbooks, processes, documentation, metrics, and operating systems across U.S. and international contexts.

Build formal methods tools for AI oversight, scale long-running verification experiments, apply tools to real systems, and iterate based on results. The role focuses on developer tooling, AI-assisted workflows, formal verification infrastructure, and verified agent containment across OCI containers and Linux isolation primitives. Engineers will own problems end to end, collaborate closely with a small research team, document technical reasoning, and help shape the organization’s technical direction.
