Own and modernize CHG’s end-to-end data platform across Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Terraform. Lead business-oriented data modeling, quality and observability, governed metrics, semantic layers, BI, and conversational analytics. Partner with business and product engineering teams on data contracts and trusted definitions. Manage, hire, and mentor analytics engineers while remaining hands-on with development, code reviews, debugging, and platform architecture.

Build and maintain the full analytics data lifecycle, including Fivetran ingestion, dbt modeling, Snowflake data warehousing, semantic layers, ThoughtSpot visualizations, governance, testing, and observability. Partner with business teams to create trusted metrics and self-service data products. Maintain conversational analytics regression tests, enforce data access controls, optimize performance and costs, and use AI agents for data engineering tasks under established review standards.

Owns UK accounts receivable operations, including billing, credit control, collections, cash allocation, bank reconciliations, invoice adjustments, and customer account maintenance in NetSuite. Reviews aging reports, pursues overdue balances, assesses credit limits, resolves invoice queries, and escalates high-risk accounts. Partners with Sales, Event Operations, procurement teams, and management to maintain accurate records, improve cash flow, and protect client relationships.
