Owns regional business growth for Convene by developing business plans, leading shared sales and marketing activities, tracking performance against goals, reporting to management, managing end-to-end sales cycles, presenting company value, and meeting targets across domestic or international markets.

Manages regional HR and administrative operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, contracts, visas, payroll coordination, claims, training, performance evaluations, employee relations, office facilities, purchasing, and compliance with HR policies. Supports talent development, engagement events, and workplace safety while coordinating with Finance and other stakeholders.

Drive software sales growth in the KSA and assigned regional markets by independently achieving targets, generating qualified leads, demonstrating and training clients on Azeus Convene, managing CRM records, and collaborating through deal closure. Build relationships with BFSI, government, listed companies, and large enterprises while monitoring market trends and competitors. The role requires strong presentations, C-suite engagement, regional travel, and close client and partner interaction.
