As an Operations Coordinator, you will manage customer shipments, oversee project delivery, coordinate with suppliers, and enhance operational processes.

Manage and process customs declarations for art shipments: verify documents, ensure regulatory compliance, enter accurate data, submit customs requests (directly or via agents), maintain documentation, and keep operations teams and clients informed of status.

Support the account management team with art shipping and client management, quoting clients, booking shipments, and suggesting process improvements.

As a Junior Account Logistics Manager, you'll manage shipments end-to-end, facilitate exports and imports, resolve incidents, and communicate professionally with clients.
