Manage and process customs declarations for art shipments: verify documents, ensure regulatory compliance, enter accurate data, submit customs requests (directly or via agents), maintain documentation, and keep operations teams and clients informed of status.

Support the account management team with art shipping and client management, quoting clients, booking shipments, and suggesting process improvements.
