Oversee daily dietary operations in a healthcare/long-term care facility: supervise and train staff, ensure meal preparation meets dietary and safety standards, manage inventory and menu planning, maintain compliance and documentation, and communicate with residents and families.

Manage and maintain staff schedules for a long-term care/assisted living facility, handle absences and last-minute coverage, track attendance and time-off, coordinate with nursing and HR, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with labor laws and care ratio requirements, and respond to emergency staffing needs including on-call rotation.

Manage resident account billing and collections, direct business office staff, maintain financial records and compliance, prepare financial reports, handle Medicaid/insurance billing, and support administrative and resident-rights processes in a long-term care facility.

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in long-term or assisted living facilities. Assist with ADLs, mobility, feeding, vital signs, skin and weight monitoring. Document care in EHR or charts, report changes to nursing staff, maintain resident safety and comfort, support social activities, and collaborate with nursing and therapy teams on individualized care plans.

Provides direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision in long-term care or assisted living. Administers medications, performs wound care, monitors vitals, assists with ADLs, documents care in EMR, communicates with families and care teams, follows infection-control protocols, and advocates for resident comfort and dignity.

Provide hands-on care to residents in long-term or assisted living facilities, assisting with ADLs, mobility, feeding, vital signs, documentation, safety, emotional support, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
