Fabricate, bend, and form standing seam metal roofing panels, trim, gutters and flashing to specifications. Read blueprints, operate metal brakes and shears, inspect finished parts, maintain equipment, and meet production schedules while following safety procedures.

Support Director of Administration performing order entry, billing, purchasing, bids/quotes, special order processing and monitoring, customer service, and coordination between production, shipping, service, pricing, credit, and technical services for turnkey lumber construction operations.

Oversee daily manufacturing and materials processing operations: lead and coach staff, plan production schedules, monitor productivity and safety, resolve operational issues, coordinate with Sales/Logistics/Purchasing, maintain quality and a clean work environment, and occasionally assist on the floor.

Manage multi-family construction projects on-site: plan, budget, schedule, coordinate materials and subcontractors, oversee installation teams, ensure safety and quality, and resolve technical issues to complete projects on time and on budget.
