Lead daily manufacturing and materials processing operations, plan production schedules, monitor productivity and safety, resolve operational issues, coordinate with Sales/Logistics/Purchasing, coach and develop staff, and maintain quality and organized work areas.

Process accurate and timely payroll for salaried and hourly employees, enter timesheet and employee data, handle direct deposit and paper checks, process garnishments, manage raises/bonuses, resolve payroll discrepancies and multi-state tax issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HR and finance.

Measure, calculate, fabricate, and bend standing seam metal roofing panels, trim, gutters and flashing to specifications. Operate brakes, shears, and bending equipment, read blueprints, inspect finished parts, maintain a safe, organized workspace, and meet production schedules.
