Processes customer cash receipts, wire deposits, and credit card payments; investigates cash application issues; manages online billing portals; prepares cash reports, credit card summaries, and accounts receivable reports; and supports other accounting projects. Requires strong communication, organization, data-entry accuracy, spreadsheet knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. High-volume accounts receivable experience is preferred.
