Contra Costa Interfaith Housing

Hope Solutions, formerly Contra Costa Interfaith Housing, is a Contra Costa County nonprofit working to end homelessness and poverty. It provides permanent, affordable housing and vital support services to homeless and at-risk families and individuals. Its housing-first model combines quality permanent housing with individualized services, including case management, mental-health support, life-skills assistance, and resources that help clients achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency.
