Develop and maintain backend services using .NET (C#) and Azure Functions, build and integrate React frontend features, work with Azure SQL/Entity Framework/LINQ, implement state management (Redux/RTK/Context), participate in Agile/Scrum, write unit tests, debug production systems, and collaborate with senior devs, QA, and DevOps.

Design, build, and maintain CADS data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse architectures, and semantic models using Microsoft Fabric and ADF. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, assist month/quarter/year-end close, analyze financial results, process billing, vendor invoices, bank payments and tax returns (IRS, HMRC, CRA), and support management reporting and expense processing while working with senior finance staff.

Manage the sales ledger: raise invoices/credit notes, process recurring billing and subscriptions, maintain contract and pricing data in NetSuite/SuiteBilling, reconcile A/R, allocate cash, handle customer queries, process cancellations/amendments, and support sales ledger process improvements and month-end tasks.

Prepare and file transaction and corporate tax returns, reconcile returns to provisions, support tax planning and audits, respond to tax notices, register tax accounts, assist AP and onshore tax team, and perform ad hoc tax tasks as assigned.

Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, obtain pre-authorizations, update EHR and billing systems, communicate benefits and out-of-pocket costs to patients and providers, support claims submission and denial resolution, and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, fair debt collection).

Conduct industry and competitive research to identify vertical-market software acquisition targets, build contact lists, recommend targets and markets, collaborate with marketing for M&A campaigns, report KPIs, and support special projects.

Perform manual and automated testing of the Infinity product, design and execute functional, regression, exploratory and cross-browser tests, create test cases and plans, develop Playwright automation, use AI tools to assist testing, collaborate with developers and product teams, and participate in Scrum activities to ensure release quality.

Build end-to-end features on the Enable platform using Blazor Server and .NET backend services. Design web services and APIs, implement domain business logic, manage identity and authorization flows, write and tune SQL for relational databases, contribute to automated tests and deployments, review code, and collaborate with product and support to resolve real dealership operational problems.

Create user-facing documentation (release notes, help site content, in-app messages, feature descriptions, screen text). Collaborate with developers, QA, product and support teams to interpret JIRA/Azure DevOps tickets, structure content, and maintain documentation standards and templates. Use AI prompt engineering to extract info from codebases and independently manage documentation tasks for releases.

Develop full-stack enterprise features using .NET and Angular, apply AI-assisted development across analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, design scalable AI-augmented applications, and troubleshoot/maintain integrations with legacy systems.
