The Senior SQA Analyst designs and maintains scalable automated testing frameworks and suites for complex web applications. Responsibilities include functional, regression, smoke, cross-browser, API, and performance testing; test strategy and case development; defect management; SQL-based validation; and CI/CD integration. The role establishes automation standards, improves QA processes, and collaborates with development and product teams to embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Train and develop as a software developer within a global R&D team, progressing from training and apprenticeship toward permanent employment. Apply Python, AI/ML technologies, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering while contributing to applications using C#, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs. Responsibilities include software development, data analysis, problem-solving, collaboration, and applying professional software engineering practices.

Owns G&A finance operations, including SOW and contract tracking, billable-hours reconciliation, invoice processing, expense coding, documentation, and audit trails. The role coordinates with internal teams, vendors, Accounts Payable, and leadership to ensure accurate financial commitments, timely approvals, budget compliance, and process accountability. It requires independent problem-solving, strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and experience with ERP, procurement, and spreadsheet tools.
