Entry-level SQA trainee role for recent or soon-to-graduate CS/IT students. Learn QA/testing, work with R&D teams, write/execute SQL queries, perform manual and automated testing, evaluate system performance, and develop analytical and communication skills with potential to progress to full-time employment.

Provide senior-level production support and maintenance for Ruby/Rails applications on Linux. Troubleshoot complex multi-layer issues, perform controlled data updates, work directly with customers, drive incident resolution, improve reliability and automation, use AI-assisted tools, and promote testing and documentation best practices.

Define, implement, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web and back-office systems. Perform manual and automated functional, integration, regression, load, cross-browser, and API testing. Build and maintain test libraries, support ticket triage, benchmark performance, and collaborate with stakeholders.
