Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered and agentic AI systems integrated with backend services. Implement document ingestion, orchestration for tool-using agents, prompting strategies, and production optimizations (error handling, latency, cost). Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship scalable, reliable AI features and monitor real usage.

Support daily accounting operations including A/P, A/R, month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, depreciation, and financial reporting. Prepare journal entries, variance analysis, and assist with audits while collaborating with the Controller and other accountants to ensure timely, accurate financial records.

Provide senior-level production support and maintenance for Ruby/Rails applications on Linux. Troubleshoot complex multi-layer issues, perform controlled data updates, work directly with customers, drive incident resolution, improve reliability and automation, use AI-assisted tools, and promote testing and documentation best practices.
