Three-month paid Accounting Trainee role assisting senior accountants with bookkeeping, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, expense recording, and reporting using Great Plains and Jedox. Provide first-line IT support across desktop, account access, basic networking, telephony and cloud services. Manage service desk queues: log, triage, update and resolve tickets within SLAs, escalate complex issues, maintain documentation and knowledge base, and support onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking.

Design and build modern Microsoft Word document automation tools using OfficeJS and web frameworks. Migrate legacy add-ins to web interfaces, integrate with public APIs, mentor developers, perform code reviews, and ensure product quality and performance.
