Owns the technical systems, integrations, automation, reporting, and data quality supporting revenue operations. The role builds HubSpot dashboards and workflows, connects HubSpot with tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, and ChurnZero, maintains APIs and sync logic, supports forecasting infrastructure, monitors data quality, troubleshoots failures, and documents technical standards. Requires hands-on HubSpot experience, integration and automation knowledge, reporting and forecasting experience, SQL, spreadsheets, light scripting, and strong documentation skills.

Designs and manages highly available AWS infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps deployments, observability, DevSecOps controls, and cloud cost optimization. Integrates generative AI and AI agents into operational workflows, supports ML infrastructure and MLOps pipelines, and improves platform reliability through automation, monitoring, incident analysis, and predictive scaling. Requires collaboration with engineering, architecture, security, data, and AI teams.

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered and agentic AI systems integrated with backend services. Implement document ingestion, orchestration for tool-using agents, prompting strategies, and production optimizations (error handling, latency, cost). Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship scalable, reliable AI features and monitor real usage.
