Lead and harden cloud platform infrastructure for real-time robot operations: design and migrate AWS-hosted services, manage fleet networking and GPU resources, build CI/CD pipelines, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with software, hardware, and AI teams to ensure scalable, secure deployments.

Lead motion planning and trajectory optimization for a high-DOF manipulator, turning planned paths into time-optimal, dynamically feasible, safe trajectories. Own path planning architecture, integrate perception, validate performance in simulation and hardware, define metrics, benchmark approaches, and mentor engineers to improve cycle time and reliability.

Develop and improve motion planning and autonomy modules (grasp planning, trajectory generation, collision avoidance, behavior trees) for deployed warehouse unloading robots. Debug production systems, write automated tests, and integrate with perception, hardware, and operations to increase pick success and reduce cycle time.

Support Deployment Engineers in commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing warehouse robots. Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) to assist with pilot programs, document issues and SOPs, and relay feedback to development teams. Gain hands-on exposure to electro-mechanical diagnostics and software/hardware testing.

Build and maintain end-to-end event-driven analytics pipelines for telemetry from robots and cloud systems. Own metrics catalog, schema evolution, data quality validation, and performant analytical models and queries to enable reporting and self-service analytics.

Design and implement geometric path planners and time-optimal, jerk-limited trajectory optimizers for high-DOF manipulators. Integrate perception into collision-aware planning, validate on hardware, and optimize cycle-time in constrained container environments using MoveIt/ros_control and motion-planning frameworks.

Own end-to-end software and controls for a new warehouse automation product: integrate perception, motion, PLCs, conveyors, and robotics; design vision rigs and models; build production software backbone; commission and deploy systems onsite.
