Develop production robotics software for trajectory execution, task sequencing, hardware coordination, autonomy behaviors, fault recovery, and system integration. Diagnose deployed robot issues using telemetry, logs, simulation, and physical testing. Improve cycle time and reliability while integrating motion planning with controllers, sensors, end effectors, conveyors, and safety systems. Collaborate across perception, controls, hardware, testing, and deployment teams.

Build and qualify relationships with warehouse and distribution operators across Southern California. Visit customer sites, assess operational fit, manage follow-ups and CRM data, prepare proposals and performance reports, and support trade shows, networking, outbound campaigns, inbound leads, and sales content. The role requires frequent regional travel, warehouse-floor work, and close collaboration with the business development team to develop robotics automation opportunities.

Coordinate office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, visitors, and events while supporting the employee lifecycle. Manage onboarding, offboarding, HR records, system access, eligibility verification, recruiting scheduling, candidate communication, benefits support, policies, correspondence, and administrative projects. Provide confidential HR assistance to employees and executive support in a fully onsite Monday-through-Friday role.
