Teams at Continuing Life Communities, LLC

Handles resident and employee calls for maintenance work orders, enters and tracks work orders and inventory, communicates timelines and updates to stakeholders, assists with deliveries, and performs general administrative tasks in Plant Operations.

Lead the accounting department for a new continuing care retirement community: oversee GL/AP/AR/payroll, monthly financial reporting, audits, budgets, trust reconciliations, Medicare billing, compliance, and staff training. Provide financial analysis, cash forecasting, and on-call director coverage.

Provide immediate emergency response and first-responder care, perform daily door monitoring and scheduled rounds, maintain emergency equipment, assist Safety Director with training and mock testing, enforce safety policies, document incidents and customer complaints, and perform other duties as assigned.
