Answer resident and employee calls to create and track maintenance work orders, coordinate with maintenance staff and departments, maintain inventory and supplies, assist with deliveries, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure timely, customer-focused plant operations support.

Provide first-response emergency care and life-safety monitoring for a retirement community. Perform door monitoring, internal/external rounds, maintain emergency equipment, assist with mock testing and staff training, ensure policy compliance, document incidents and customer complaints, and respond immediately to emergencies following EMT and first-responder protocols.

Lead the accounting department for a new continuing care retirement community: oversee GL/AP/AR/payroll, monthly financial reporting, audits, budgets, trust reconciliations, Medicare billing, compliance, and staff training. Provide financial analysis, cash forecasting, and on-call director coverage.
