The Controller manages community accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow, reconciliations, billing, payroll review, audits, deferred revenue, regulatory reporting, and financial analysis. The role supports accounting staff and department leaders, trains managers on budgets and variance reporting, interfaces with residents and families, and collaborates on resident entrance fees, master trust activities, tax audits, and new operational initiatives.

The Human Resources Generalist administers recruitment, screening, onboarding, benefits enrollment, workers’ compensation reporting, leave management, compliance tracking, exits, evaluations, employee relations, and HR projects. The role maintains HR systems and records, supports managers and employees, coordinates orientations and events, and ensures certifications, licenses, and work permits remain current. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting the opening of a continuing care retirement community.

Provides administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling, meeting coordination, newsletter publication, minutes, supply ordering, surveys, facility rounds, and special projects. Supports residents, families, staff, visitors, and vendors; covers the reception desk; assists with community events; and supervises front desk staff through interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
