Lead automation and equipment definition, selection, and industrialization for rubber product manufacturing. Provide technical authority, drive standardization, support plant launches, optimize layouts and automation, lead cost‑saving and quality improvement projects, monitor KPIs, and train/coach global plant teams on manufacturing best practices.

Lead plant-wide Continuous Improvement/Lean (CBS) activities: translate strategy into projects, run RIEs and problem-solving, train staff, manage CBS budget and KPIs, and maintain CBS standards. Provide project and engineering oversight: define scope, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and troubleshoot execution issues.
