Manage and implement HR policies and initiatives at the location; lead employer branding, campus relations and recruitment; source and assess candidates; support HR administration, payroll/data accuracy, compliance records and local employee services (transportation, canteen, social security, engagement).

Drive and improve ContiTech's global antitrust compliance program: develop policies, risk assessments, training, association guidance, mitigation controls, and knowledge-sharing. Act as antitrust point of contact, manage global initiative rollouts, monitor regulatory developments, lead lessons-learned projects, and respond to external audits.

Lead global technical support, development and maintenance for SAP MM/WM/eWM. Act as interface between users and consultants, manage system changes, SAP configuration, integrations, and external AMS/consultancy resources.
