Supports the identification, classification, physical organization, and system registration of materials and spare parts. Collects and validates technical item information, including manufacturers, models, catalog numbers, descriptions, and units of measure. Helps identify improvement opportunities to optimize spare-part organization, availability, and control.

Leads Salesforce process design, governance, user adoption, data quality, reporting, training, change management, and cross-regional project coordination. Provides functional leadership for Customer 360, Contact Locator, Salesforce strategy, and AI-enabled initiatives while aligning platform improvements with business objectives and digital transformation priorities.

Conduct workforce and HR analytics across ContiTech, ensuring data governance and quality while producing KPI reports, dashboards, and actionable management insights. Analyze labor costs, connect data sources, advise the global HR community, support pay-transparency and transformation projects, and explore digital solutions for efficient HR processes. The role also interfaces with Group Centers of Excellence and IT on reporting and HR data initiatives.
