Support social media and content marketing through publishing, community engagement, content repurposing, asset creation, calendars, website updates, campaign support, reporting, and research. The intern will contribute to thought leadership, podcasts, events, employee advocacy, and B2B marketing while learning about brand, SEO, AI search, demand generation, and marketing experimentation.

Manage day-to-day Enterprise client operations, track workflows and deliverables, support client onboarding and expansion, and identify process improvements. Develop SOPs, implement new workflows, maintain accurate Client Success data, manage dashboards and operational tools, and coordinate with Client Success, Talent, Product, and other teams. The role combines hands-on execution, stakeholder coordination, process documentation, data quality, and workflow optimization.

Manage inbound operations requests, triage and route client/freelancer inquiries, run project management for client campaigns, coordinate with CS/KAMs and freelancers, maintain tracking and SOPs, and identify process improvements and automations.
