Manage inbound operations requests, triage and route client/freelancer inquiries, run project management for client campaigns, coordinate with CS/KAMs and freelancers, maintain tracking and SOPs, and identify process improvements and automations.

Own day-to-day Enterprise client operations, track workflows and deliverables, onboard and support client expansion, write SOPs, roll out and support new workflows, ensure CS data and dashboards are accurate, and manage CS tools, playbooks, and automations.

The Senior Account Executive will lead the enterprise sales cycle, collaborating with marketing leaders to address content operations challenges and achieve sales targets.
