Volunteer co-Chairs will lead Contact’s Board of Trustees, co-chair meetings, oversee governance and financial accountability, support and line-manage the CEO, guide strategic direction, manage risk, recruit diverse trustees, and represent the organization to stakeholders and funders. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, confident leadership, charity governance understanding, commitment to arts and culture, and alignment with Contact’s values. Board experience is not required; experience supporting young people or working in a cultural context is advantageous.
