Teams at Contact Theatre

Lead weekly creative sessions with 15–25 young people across two project cycles, mentor peer mentors, plan and evaluate workshops, support three funded projects to delivery (including budgeting, networks, and sustainability), and ensure safeguarding, documentation and regular liaison with the Project Manager.

Support and assist lead facilitator to deliver weekly workshops, mentor and provide light pastoral support to Agency participants, create a safe creative environment, empower young people to develop ideas, share local knowledge, and ensure health, safety and equal opportunities. Attend scheduled Wednesday and Saturday sessions and mandatory training days.
