Manages implementation and relationship management for a portfolio of higher-education partners. Responsibilities include developing implementation plans, supporting program adoption and retention, managing renewals and contracts, tracking progress in HubSpot and Asana, analyzing partner data, coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, and improving implementation processes. The role requires strong project management, presentation, relationship-building, analytical, and higher-education partnership skills.

Maintain and version-control online and live learning programs; develop instructional content; conduct accessibility and platform QA; manage feedback backlogs; and support curriculum designers. The role requires instructional design expertise, LMS or authoring-tool experience, accessibility knowledge, strong documentation and systems skills, and clear writing.

Lead fundraising operations, grant proposal and report writing, development systems, calendars, donor materials, pipeline management, and funder research. Support the Executive Director with fundraising strategy and relationship preparation, while collaborating with Finance, Marketing, Communications, and program teams. Depending on experience, manage funder relationships and contribute to strategies achieving significant philanthropic revenue goals.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-session Live Programs engagements; lead partner relationships, educator coordination, participant communications, delivery-system improvements, evaluation design, and program analytics. Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Partnerships, Education, Culture Change, and Research teams. The role also supports educator training and program release logistics while ensuring program quality and alignment with CDI’s theory of change.
