Manage project teams, schedules, contracts, permits, insurance/bonding, subcontracts, safety, and cost control. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Oversee teams, schedules, contracts, permits, safety, subcontractor procurement, budgeting input, and client/stakeholder relationships while mentoring staff and supporting estimating activities.
