Support project teams across all construction phases: manage documentation and submittals in Procore, assist cost management, scheduling, safety, estimating, and project closeout while learning CM&B processes to grow into a Project Manager role.

Manage full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, lead internship and early-career programs, coordinate campus recruiting, support onboarding and employee development, maintain HR systems and records, and assist with HR communications and compliance.

Lead construction projects through pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction phases. Manage project teams, schedules, contracts, permits, insurance/bonding, subcontracts, safety, and cost control. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
