Manage full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, lead internship and early-career programs, coordinate campus recruiting, support onboarding and employee development, maintain HR systems and records, and assist with HR communications and compliance.

Lead construction projects through pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction phases. Manage project teams, schedules, contracts, permits, insurance/bonding, subcontracts, safety, and cost control. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Oversee teams, schedules, contracts, permits, safety, subcontractor procurement, budgeting input, and client/stakeholder relationships while mentoring staff and supporting estimating activities.
