Build and operate shared AI platform capabilities, APIs, SDKs, workflows, and reusable libraries for engineering teams. Manages ongoing SMB customer relationships after purchase, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor. Drives product adoption, retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling; conducts product demonstrations; coordinates onboarding and churn mitigation; gathers customer feedback; handles inquiries and escalations; and participates in enablement, migrations, and other customer success initiatives.

Provides Level 1 technical support by managing customer trouble tickets from receipt through resolution. Communicates with customers by phone, email, and chat; prioritizes urgency, determines appropriate responses, coordinates callbacks, closes tickets, and escalates or reassigns issues when necessary. The role requires adherence to support policies, strong written and verbal communication, knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office, email, and database applications, and reliable computer-based work in a hybrid U.S. environment.

Develops and supports scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications using JavaScript, C#, Salesforce, and Apex. Designs reusable code and libraries, troubleshoots defects through root cause analysis, collaborates with client application, QA, and architecture teams, and provides estimates for assigned development work. The role follows standard engineering and Agile practices while delivering reliable product features.

Own product strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritization, financial analysis, customer discovery, and successful software product launches. Define requirements, establish KPIs, lead agile development and design-thinking activities, and communicate product direction to executives and cross-functional stakeholders. The role serves as a product expert, drives customer-focused innovation, explores software integrations, and applies AI/ML knowledge to enhance product capabilities.

Develop automated and manual tests for desktop and web applications using Python and Pytest. Responsibilities include creating test strategies, maintaining automation code, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyzing defects, participating in code and design reviews, and contributing to Agile Scrum ceremonies. The role combines software development with quality assurance and is supported by more senior SDETs.

Lead the architecture, development, governance, and scaling of ConstructConnect’s enterprise Salesforce platform. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and AI-assisted automations; oversee CPQ and quote-to-cash architecture, data governance, CI/CD, release management, and platform health. Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators, establish engineering standards, document architecture, and partner with product owners to deliver scalable GTM solutions.
