Build and operate shared AI platform capabilities, APIs, SDKs, workflows, and reusable libraries for engineering teams. Develop reliable cloud-based AI and ML services using containers, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and strong observability. Support data preparation, deployment, monitoring, governance, security, and lifecycle management. Partner cross-functionally to productionize generative AI, retrieval, embeddings, and other machine learning use cases while improving developer enablement and operational reliability.

Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate interest in cloud-based SaaS solutions for the commercial construction industry. Qualify prospects, schedule and confirm demonstrations for Account Executives, document sales activity in Salesforce, follow up on marketing campaigns, identify prospect trends, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Manage post-sale relationships with mid-market contractor accounts, serving as the primary contact, driving product adoption, renewals, retention, upsells, and cross-sells. Conduct product demonstrations, develop engagement and renewal strategies, gather customer feedback, resolve inquiries and escalations, support onboarding, and help mitigate churn. The role is remote within the United States, with hybrid office attendance required for employees near Cincinnati or Atlanta.
