Leads concepting and art direction across brand identities, campaigns, social, websites, digital experiences, motion, film, and print. Uses AI tools throughout creative workflows, develops scalable production systems, protects brand quality, presents to clients, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and mentors junior creatives. The role requires broad creative range, strong design fundamentals, client communication, and hands-on ownership from concept through delivery.

Leads end-to-end delivery of technical digital projects across websites, applications, martech, content, and data. Owns requirements, scope, acceptance criteria, timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, quality assurance, testing, and launch readiness. The role is client-facing and combines technical project management, business analysis, and delivery leadership while coordinating strategists, designers, developers, data specialists, and external partners.

As a Design Intern, you will collaborate with the creative team, participate in brainstorming sessions, create designs, storyboards, and mockups, and gain experience in modern marketing agency operations.

Support the Creative Team by drafting digital content (blogs, social posts, videos, ads, newsletters), participating in brainstorming and storyboarding, managing social communities, applying SEO, tracking content performance with analytics tools, and collaborating with strategy, marketing, client partnership, and tech teams to develop and pitch ideas.
