The Role
As a Web Project Manager, you sit within our Client Partnership team and lead the delivery of digital projects — websites, campaigns, and the content and technology that support them.
You are client-facing and delivery-led. You’ll translate client objectives into clear plans, coordinate the creative, strategy, and technical people who bring those plans to life, and make sure work lands on time, within scope, and to a high-quality bar.
This role blends project management discipline, client relationship management, and enough technical fluency to scope and sanity-check web and CMS work with confidence. You’re accountable for delivery credibility, scope control, and helping clients make sound decisions.

What You’ll Own
- End-to-end delivery of digital projects across web, content, and martech, working closely with designers, developers, strategists, and content specialists
- Scoping client needs into clear plans, deliverables, and website specifications the team can build from
- Project plans, dependencies, timelines, and risk management
- Client relationship management — expectation-setting, status communication, and building the trust that keeps engagements growing
- Delivery quality, review cycles, and launch readiness
- Improving delivery systems, workflows, and standards over time
Typical Work You’ll Lead
Projects commonly include:- CMS website builds, migrations, and rebuilds (WordPress, Sitefinity)
- Martech-supported work (CRM, analytics, automation platforms) coordinated with technical specialists
- Content production pipelines involving design, copy, and SEO
- Multi-vendor or partner-led delivery where required

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in digital or web project management, ideally at an agency or client-services organisation
- Experience delivering full-lifecycle web projects
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar), basic web/martech concepts, and QA practices
- Comfortable translating client needs into clear website specifications and plans, without needing a deep engineering background
- Confident coordinating cross-functional teams — design, content, strategy, and development
- Clear, structured communicator in client and internal settings
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality
- Curious, self-driven, and comfortable experimenting with better ways of working

Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in technical or digital project management
- Experience delivering full-lifecycle digital projects
- Strong understanding of modern web and app builds, CMS platforms, integrations, and QA
- Ability to handle business-analysis responsibilities, including requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency with structured project-management tools such as Jira
- Clear, structured communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Curiosity, self-direction, and willingness to experiment with improved working methods
