Provides occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, individual and small-group sessions for school-age children. Collaborates with educators, families, and other therapists; documents services and contributes to IEP meetings. The role follows the school calendar and requires a Connecticut occupational therapist license, with pediatric and school-based experience preferred.

Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes under a registered physical therapist’s supervision. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, delivering rehabilitative exercises, educating patients and families, coordinating with care teams, monitoring patient condition and treatment response, documenting clinical progress, and reporting changes to physicians. The role covers North Suffolk and requires reliable transportation for field-based home visits.

Manage the full new-hire onboarding process from offer acceptance through the start date. Coordinate and validate employment documents, forms, compliance requirements, and clearances while tracking milestones and resolving delays. Serve as the primary contact for candidates and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, Compliance, and Operations. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and a positive employee experience in a healthcare environment.
